WinsPark Login FAQ

  • How do I log in to WinsPark from my phone without getting lost in menus? Open the WinsPark site, tap Log in at the top right, then enter the email or phone number you used to register plus your password. If you don’t see the button, scroll back to the top or switch your browser to desktop view.
  • What should I do if WinsPark says my password is wrong even though I’m sure it’s correct? Use Forgot password on the login screen and reset it from the link or code sent to your email or SMS. After you reset, log in again and make sure Caps Lock is off and you’re not adding an extra space at the end.
  • Can I sign in to WinsPark with Google or Apple, or do I need a separate password? WinsPark supports social login only if you connected it during registration or inside your account settings. If you didn’t link it, you’ll need to log in with your original email/phone and password first.
  • What do I do if the WinsPark login page keeps refreshing or won’t load after I tap Log in? Clear the site cookies for WinsPark or open the page in a private/incognito tab, then try again. If it still loops, turn off any ad blocker or VPN for that session and reload once.
  • Why does WinsPark ask me for a code after I enter my password, and where do I get it? That’s a security check, and the code comes by SMS or email depending on what’s linked to your account. Enter the latest code you received, because older codes stop working after a short time.
  • Can I stay logged in on WinsPark so I don’t have to enter my password every time? If your device is private, enable the Remember me option on the login screen and keep your browser from clearing cookies. On shared devices, log out after each session because the site keeps your session active until you sign out or it times out.
